For contact and support purposes we allow our customers to contact us via a web-based formular and e-mail. Our customers are not obliged to send in any personal data (e.g. name or e-mail address). However, to respond to our customers' requests we need at least an e-mail address. Anonymous requests can be sent but no response will be returned. If our customers decide to disclose any personal data, we guarantee that their data is not saved for any other purposes but processing their request. As soon as we have processed their requests, the data is deleted from our systems. We do not sell or give away any personal data to third parties. Personal data gathered from e-mails and web requests is protected against any unauthorized access.

Is my personal data protected during the online order process?

Felling Software Development cannot be held responsible for any content of any documents stored outside of our own web site. Therefore we are not responsible for the content of those web sites you are directed to via web links.
